  • Mapping rules (how data columns are mapped between Google Sheets and Basecamp)

Data Retention

• Document Data: Document data (such as the content inside your spreadsheets and cards) is only used during the synchronization process and not stored by Syncopotamus after the process is complete. All data access is temporary and is used only for the purpose of executing the synchronization.
• Metadata: Metadata (such as project names, card table names, Google Sheet names, and URLs) allows us to automatically reconnect your accounts the next time you use our service, so you don't have to manually enter the addresses again.
  The metadata of a particular Card Table, and a parcular Google Sheet are linked to a "Sync Job". When you delete a Sync Job, all of that stored metadata is automatically deleted along with it.

Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. These measures include:

• Encryption: Sensitive information, such as passwords and API credentials, is encrypted in transit and at rest.
